Nadal is on a hot streak, but...
He did it on his two favorite surfaces- clay and grass. So what if he has won one tournament on a hard court, during toronto the highest seed that he beat was 8 (Murray). Plus with the rain the court played much slower which is to nadal's liking. When the series resumes into cincy you will see him fail like he did at the us in 07 and indian wells/ Miami in 08. If you want to watch someone look at Novak Djokovic. He will win the olympics and the us open

We can't predict the future - but after Rafa's performance in Toronto - on his worst surface - I wouldn't count him out of ANY tournament for a long time to come. He is a genius at making adjustments during a match.

Facts.
Djokovic has won three of his last four hard court matches against Nadal including miami and indian wells.
Rafa has gotten better at his all around game i am not discrediting that, but Novak's hard court game is better.

But grass was hardly one of his favorite surfaces until recently. I'm not saying I think he'll be dominating hard courts anytime soon, but I think if he works on his game there anything can happen. He is very determined.

Federer is my favorite player, but you have to give Nadal credits for the awesome tennis he has played this year.....since he only reached the quarter final at the us open last year, and federer won, he will be the number one player in the world after the us open, cause i think he will either reach the final or win it....He could possible have the strongest psyche of al time.

I agree, but Rafa is improving vastly every year. Plus, he is full of confidence right now while Djokovic I think is a little burnt out after such a long year (hence Toronto masters). Rafa is so focused and determined in every tournament that I think any one of the two of them can win the U.S. Open this year. It all depends on the draw. And Federer is going to be under so much pressure at the U.S. Open to retain his #1 ranking (if he still has it by then) so I don't know how well he will do.

Nadal is the best player of all times, with 22 years he had won more Masters Series than Sampras 12 vs 11. Incredible, even if he retires soon like all people thinks, Nadal with 25 years will win more titles than any other legend of this sport.

I disagree, the game was getting pretty dry before Roger came and shook things up and won against the aging stars of Tennis. The combination of Federer and Nadal has made tennis evem more popular internationally. We also shouldn't forget about the Williams sisters for making women's Tennis more interesting for younger people to watch when they came onto the courts. Especially with North American audiences.
