Thanks for the video Don. As usual, insightful. Sad when politicians feel they are above the law. Us normal folk go to work every day to give around 1/3 of our earnings to the fed. Makes me sick to see that I give $1000 every two weeks to "them". Something has to change.

Hi Don. I'm a New Yorker, and even though Spitzer has done some bad things, he's better than George Pataki.
But heres the think, demanding Spitzer go to jail is like demanding George Bush to go to jail for war crimes and crimes against the constitution and treason. We are still waiting for that one. And you know 98% of all US Politicians have meetings with prostitutes, example DC Madam case a while back. I agree with you and all criminals should be brought to justice, including the Prez

A lot of people agree with you. Actually not only Cramer, but the entire CNBC channel should have been shut down when it was revealed they were clearly involved in conflict of interest situations and effectively mouthpieces for insider traders. Bye, bye, bye Cramer! ;)

1st things last, anyone who buys a stock based solely on what one person says is a jackass and deserves what they get if that stock performs poorly. Nobody is right 100% of the time, especially in a market as volatile as this one. He calls himself out when a pick doesn't workout as predicted. The guy goes out there 5 days a week. U can't always be right. You just can't be. Stop looking for free advice then and go pay an adviser. M/be they know more then a guy who made $100 Mil.

GHARTRAN31 - Sigh. Another Cramer apologist. The same tired apologies, too. 1) The issue is not whether Jim is "right" 100% of the time. His picks are horrible MOST of the time. But, that's not the issue. The issue is Jim's lack of integrity. 2) Jim "calls himself out" when it a) serves his purposes to self-promote as being "honest", or, when it is obvious that he MUST say something (ala NLY). 3) What Jim "made" a decade ago and what his stock picks do now are two different conversations.

Now, to my main point. Jim has a law degree from Harvard & worked on Wall st. He know's market manipulation is illegal. Even if he did do it he would never admit it. Jim was seen on a later broadcast responding to that video. He apologized for not emphasizing enough(to people like the hillbilly boy)that when he said "if I wanted to" it was in the context of what people can & actually do to a market. Not that he was admitting he did it. Holy sh* do you guys need everything explained to you?

With respect to Jim's "law degree": Eliot Spitzer, Jim's best friend, was the Attorney General of New York, and, now we know a LIAR, a hypocrite, and "john". Law degrees are irrelevant to integrity. Jim's "apologies" are nothing of the sort, and, disengenous: What he said and what he "apologized to" are two different things.

Keep up the great work Don! No offense ghartran but you come off as a bit of a simpleton. Cramer's sin isn't being wrong- that happens to the best in the business. What makes him despicable that he and CNBC have the audacity to lead investors to believe the premise of Mad Money and that his insight can lead one to financial nirvana. Cramer made money in the 80's and 90's? Who didn't? What is his annualized return from 2001 to now? That's what I want to know.

hey donharrold check out Gushan Environmental. Cramer recommended it around january around 9 bucks. look up it's final trade last friday symbol GU. oh yeah i failed to mention that i did "put my money where my mouth is" and i'm 100% satisfied with the advice of jim cramer. the key is to look into the stocks he suggests in more depth then just what he says on the show. it's not like i buy every stock he suggests...that would be stupid. you must put a little research into what he suggests.
