We must never forget that we were all born into this world as equals in the eyes of God. Nobody is inherently superior to somebody else. The only reason we have people in positions of authority is because we've been conditioned by the public education system, the media, and our culture to put them there. As soon as a majority of humanity comes to understand this, the power game will collapse like a house of cards, and humanity will be liberated.

This is great, i like your response, however I don't believe we are all equal. Don't all societies need order and authority. Expecting everyone to be ethical and noble citizens are ideal. If the masses or a few choose to have free will choose not to work and choose to steal for faster gain. Doesn't there need to be consequences or a system to scare those that are considering the act of theft. One or an authority group must be empowered to enforce the penalty.

But I think that when the citizens assign certain people to power, they need to be making those decisions cogently, and because they truly believe that certain laws should be enforced. Unfortunately, I think that many people today are brainwashed into giving up liberties that should be held by the people. Parental rights are an example.
