The numbers don't add up, $55k in 9 months is $6k a month, that's a lot more than cutting back on starbucks/cable etc.
One of the reasons (in my opinion) that Dave asks about household income / what did you sell, is that it inspires others to make the bigger sacrifices to pay things off (e.g. sell that awesome car, etc.).
So if you care to share, what did you sell?

You're right - starbucks and cable tv alone don't add up to $6K in monthly savings, but i didn't think a discussion on the differences between whole life and term life insurance would make for an interesting video! I just finished reading the details on your site, thanks a lot for the information, you guys are awesome.
I forgot about my comment (probably due to the fact that I average 70+ hours a week at work) and I was just showing my wife that cute video of a family getting out of debt when I saw your response.
We'll be debt free in September (or sooner), and the only reason I asked is because I calculate everything now for exercise ;)
I am considering Geico 4 car & high deduct./HSA plan for health :)
