russia will never be alternative,even if dollars falls little more,US economy will still be stable,cheaper dollar will give ameriacn companies a chance to sell thair products at compatative prices around the world for example:airlines use to buy Airbus planes becasue it was cheaper then Boeing but now it's the other way around,russia does not produce anything and if it produces its not good quality and not relible,but of course russia will blame everithing on USA AND GEORGIA,russia is finished

How can you say Russia might become a safe haven? Russia is eternally doomed to fail, because of the government's mentality. The world doesn't trust the Russians and never will. They used their oil riches to bully neighbouring countries. Europe and Asia will become the new economic powers. Much safer for foreign investors.
Russia should never be allowed to be a powerful country they don't know how to use power properly, much like the U.S.

Russia isn't ruled by Russians. Until Russia is ruled by it's "OWN" people, it will never be a safehaven for anything! How the people can stand by and watch it's land and wealth be stripped apart and moved over the border is a shame. U.S. is a more stable country but how long that will last? Obligations are like 70 Trillion (Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, Nation Debt). Who is going to pay this off? I'm unemployed.

The more and more I learn about Russian History, and read up on Current Events in Russia, the more ashamed I am of having Russian blood!
I also never understood how white slave owners could control so many black slaves. The black slaves outnumbered them like 10-1.
