He's a talented performer, but he steals people's material. I'll agree that this is a fairly generic joke, but the other examples of him stealing from Bill Cosby's special entitled "Bill Cosby Himself" and from Sam Kinnison on his mind of Mencia show are undeniable! He also got busted live on the air by a group of DJ's stealing the racist olympics idea. He is so delusional he has no clue. George Lopez punched him twice at a stand up show for being a thief.

Check the back of any comedy CD! There's a COPYRIGHT stamp you fucking donkey! HBO refused to air one of Carlos Menstealia's stand up specials because they were afraid of being sued by George Lopez! Over 20 minutes of his 60 minute show was stolen directly from Lopez' act! Now if it were ok to steal material, why did HBO back down?
