There seems to be a big disconnect in the media about the availability of credit. I keep seeing lower interest rates offered all around me. Bu then the media or politicians say the banks took all this money but aren't lending. WTF?!?!? The only think I can think is that the banks are no longer making BAD loans, so all those businesses and individuals that are not credit worthy (i.e. Trump) say that credit is frozen. Its always been frozen, with the exception of recent years, for them.
