here's how i have had this explained by more than one black friend, being black doesn't make someone a nigger, a nigger is a black person that acts a certain way...which is why there are also wiggers...it's the ghetto mentality, words all slurred together, pants down to the knees, awful grammar, and a host of other things that qualifies a person of color as a nigger. the color of their skin doesn't do it, and i know many good men who are black it makes no difference what color their skin is
