Why doesn't Mr. Zoellick offer these poor countries loans? Get them into debts they can never pay off w/ astronomical interest rates. When they cannot pay off their debts, perhaps these bankers can commandeer the country's natural resources and implement a central bank to keep them in perpetual debt by selling a lifestyle they don't need. Like Islamic and Christian extremists, Jewish extremist bankers are terrorists.
