ABOLISH the Fed. "Regulating" a monopoly through another monopoly is utter folly.

Yes, and that is what I am concerned about. Ron Paul has correctly stated in the past that shackling the Fed won't work. But now I hear him say it will work. I have the concern that he is abandoning the call for necessary justice by saying regulation, rather than abolishment of the Fed.
"But what I said in the hearings was, yeah I agree, we need more regulations, we need more regulations on the Federal Reserve"-Ron Paul [2:05-2:15]
