Joined by the Jackie Chan Stunt Team he reveals the tricks of the trade, shows the training involved in being a stunt man and conducts a masterclass in how to choreograph fight scenes.
He also talks about his stunts in "Police Story" and there is behind-the-scenes footage of "Who Am I?" and "Rush Hour".

The character behind him means "Dragon". It is also his Chinese first name, probably inspired by Bruce Lee since Bruce Lee's (nick)name in Chinese is "Little Dragon".
