I actually went and looked at all my cards and books. The cards said 200, 199, 196, 195..one of his early cards, 68 I think, had 185. Anything written after 73 has him at 199 or 200. One book mentioned 185 and he quickly added 10 lbs. Thanks for keeping me honest. I hope the English comment is regarding our four letter friend....

Yes it was for our 3 letter frienmd. Orr might have actauly played at 195.. Sometimes the rosters keep the player's weight as it was when they were rookies. They just don't update the info'.

Doug Harvey was the first and some argue maybe the best. One on one Doug Harvey was unbeatable on defense Orr was nowhere as good. Orr was a better scorer but Harvey's philosophy was the puck moves faster than the player so he would hold onto the puck and let opposing players come after him then send a streaking Canadien player away with the perfect tape to tape pass. Harvey was so good he quarterbacked Montreal to win 5 Stanley cups in a row.
