African leaders don't want to discuss Zimbabwe but he does.
Even former AU Chairman Kuffour - to him all Africas problems are tied to colonialism.
African leaders don't want to accept that mediocrity in leadership is responsible for underdevelopment. Raila is a Pan-Africanist.

Like Pres Mutharika said, Raila is performing the ritual to please the "human gods"...
Given his attitude i conclude his performance will be below that of many African Leaders, no need to mention Pres. Mbeki - He is the best President Africa ever had. Raila is just, like Pres. Mutharika said, performing the rituals to please the gods. He is still new in his position, does not even understand the solidarity created by his African peers.
