| when working out, go over your limits(thats how you get stronger. Always drill the basics and eat healthy, sleep well, and drink allot of water(you should drink a gallon if you go through intense work out, but thats mainly in high school) |

| Because they don't know BJJ submissions, genius. All it takes to make a wrestler into an insane BJJ practitioner is teaching them the submissions and telling them to not give up their back (you don't want to be on your back in wrestling, which is why BJJ fails under wrestling rules). Why don't you get a clue before you go around dissing our sport. |
