I'm thinking that neither Lee Evans or Rowan Atkinson composed their own music for their mimes (don't know for sure) I'm also thinking that Tim has composed this (also do not know for sure). So it's derivative but you've got to give Tim some kudos for composing (if in fact he did).

Well, he has spent around a decade doing musical theory, so i don't think it's unlikely he did compose all of it. He's an amazing pianist, and the composition wasn't extremely complex, (although done skillfully) so i do think he composed it :)
