U can get of Blow by Blow already, seeing I purchaesd it on vinyl back when it was released. Besides, 9th chords are boring. Truth & the Orange album are both better, by the way. As for better than Pete...Chuck Berry, SRV, Hendrix, Keith Richards, Steve Cropper, Johnny Winter, Bruce Welch, Curtis Mayfield, EVH, John Butcher, Robert White, Rich Robinson, Malcolm Young, Eddie willis, Dennis Coffey, Larry Carlton. Start with them, Junior. Maybe you'll actually learn something.

I guess it is really just a matter of opinion, but I really didn't hear one person who comes close to Pete. EVH sucks dick. He is a wanker. But hey, at least you aren't stupid enough to put someone like Zakk Wylde or Slash on your list. Congrats!

Hee's from Norway and has replaced Little Charlie in the Night Cats. He lives in central California. He's got a MySpace page that lays out the curriculum vitae. Just Google Kid Andersen. Don't know his age. The YT clips are weird in that sometimes, within the space of a year or two, he can look just like Drew Carey, or else a 14 year old skateboarder...might be a binge-purger, lol. Hear he plays a Flying V lately. He might go big career-wise, and that would be good for music IMO.

He was from Baltimore...died in jail I think, officially a "suicide." Heard he used to like to get drunk and fight with cops. Danny Gatton was another great Baltimore area Telecaster slingin' suicide victim.

I was actually referring to Kid Anderson when I asked "Where's he from." Yeah, I'm aware of Roy & Danny. Never saw Roy, but did see Gatton. On a completely different subject, I like your Staffy! I own American Bulldogs. I looked @ a Staffy litter a couple years ago, bred by Don Matthews of Konfederate Kennels in FLA. Check his website, his dogs are great. Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving!!

he died in a fairfax virginia jail cell in 88 of, they say, a suicide by hanging using his shirt. i saw him in 87 in Jacksonville Florida at a bar where he performed. wish he were still around, i too play a tele. it is a guitar that can bring out the most sad and beautiful sounds.
