OK, let me get this straight. Last Tuesday the Dow closed at 10,854 and one week later (even though there was a national crisis, and the entire world was going to explode) the Dow closed today at 10,850 right?
So We the People the United States of America are to sell our children and our grandchildren into economic slavery over WHAT? A HUGE PLUMET OF 4 POINTS ON THE DOW? Are you Freakin' kidding me? 4 points- that's it! After all is said and done 4 points off the Dow for $700 billion. Yah right!

1.8 Million loans were given and that HEY is the exact number of loans that are melting down our banking system what a special thing Obama did for us
The Bailout Plan has a provision where tax payers pay the interest on these Minority loans

Under Bush we had the biggest transfer of wealth from the lowest 95% to the top 5% in our country's history. And with this so-called "bail-out" it will make the situation even worse.
They want the bottom 95% scurrying around like a bunch of ants looking for crumbs so they can barely survive.

HeroOnAZero, I've been in the mortgage busines 28 years. The deregulation was caused by the Rebublicans and 8 years of the philosophy of the Bush Administration. How do you explain all the other bank failures beside FNMA and Freddie Mac. McCain has lobbyist that benefited from bonues and golden parachutes and support his campaign..he's a hypocrite. He wants to give tax breaks to the rich 250k..the middle class to pay for the bail out backed by Bush.
